We are extending the abstract submission deadline to July 31st. Each abstract must be within the 500-word limit. Please submit your abstracts through this portal; do not email them to us. There is no limit on the number of abstracts per participant, but at least one author of each abstract must attend the event.
Please note that we must receive your payment by August 1st. An online payment option is not available, so bank transfer remains the only method. All payment details are posted under "Fees and Accommodation."
We expect to have the final list of participants by the end of July. Formal assignment of slots (poster and oral presentations) will be done by August 7th, at which time all registered participants will receive confirmation.
